Background
I worked for Evergreen during a Summer Program. During my time at Evergreen I was able to see what it was like to work with in an office setting for the first time. This also allowed me to see my skills in action while working for the company I am designing for. This helped me get more use to tight deadlines and communicating with my client to ensure my design filled their needs while enhancing the company brand.
Promotional Designs
While working at Evergreen I was asked to design a few promotional items including a mouse pad and gift card sleeves. While creating both of these assets it was my first time using already established brand elements in my designs. This allowed me to create something in my style while ensuring Evergreen's branding shines through.
Office NewSletter Designs
Evergreen releases a bi-monthly newsletter to the division employees. This allows employees to see the monthly events, benefit changes and important info. While the newsletter is mainly informational Evergreen adds events and photos from the previous months, this allows everyone to remember the fun work environment.
While designing the newsletter some of the biggest changes was the formatting, this allowed the newsletters to have a more modern look. I also added illustrations as a unique touch making the newsletter have a more personable vibe.
Event Designs
Evergreen has an Annual Service Award Presentation for the hard working employees who have been at Evergreen for length of employment. This also showcases employees that plan to retire that year. This allows Evergreen to celebrate those who make Evergreen's atmosphere a great place to work!
During the planning for next years Awards, I designed the presentation slideshow and gift decorations. This allowed me to show my interpretation of the awards while showcasing Evergreen's branding.
